5. Together We Select a Lender That Meets Your Needs
All documentation goes to the selected lender, one that has a mortgage that suits your specific situation. The lender reviews all of the information, requesting additional information as required. |

6. Mortgage Loan Submission
Your mortgage loan is assembled and submitted to the lender's underwriting department for approval. |
7. Mortgage Loan Approval
We are notified of approval and we then ensure, with you, that 'prior to funding' conditions are met. |

8. Prepare Mortgage Documents
Your mortgage documents are completed and you come in (or the are sent to you via fax) for final signatures. |
9. Mortgage Funding
Your mortgage funds are transferred by wire to your solicitor on your closing date. |
